]]>What types of material will be collected for recycling?
Most items that we throw away can be recycled. We can collect these four types of items: PLASTIC, METAL, PAPER, and CARDBOARD. We do not collect glass.
Plastic
Only containers with the recycling symbol for numbers 1-7. NO plastic bags, NO Styrofoam products, NO chemical containers, NO toys
Metal
Aluminum, tin, and steel containers NO aluminum foil, No pie plates, NO parts, NO toys, NO electronics, NO appliances, No wire hangers
Paper
Office paper, window envelopes, magazines, catalogues, paper back books, phone books and brown paper bags NO rubber bands, NO plastic wrappings, NO hard back books, No Napkins
Cardboard
Food and detergent boxes, paper egg cartons, 12-pack drink cartons, folded corrugated boxes, cereal boxes NO waxed cardboard, NO plastic or foil lining from cereal or cracker boxes, NO pizza boxes or food contaminated boxes.
Will I need to separate the recyclable items?
No, all of your recyclables may go together in your recycling bag. Simply put the items in your clear plastic bag and leave it in your recycling container to be picked up.

The pool is for the use and enjoyment of ALL residents. Please keep in mind of the following before visiting the pool:
- Pool hours are 10:00am – 10:00pm daily.
- For your own protection, NEVER SWIM ALONE! All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. No lifeguard is provided.
- A parent or guardian must accompany persons under the age of 16 years old in the Pool Area.
- No more than two guests per apartment at the pool at any one time Resident MUST accompany guests.
- No animals, glass, riding toys in or around the pool area at any time.
- No running or horseplay allowed in the pool area.
- Proper swimsuit attire required in pool and spa, no cut-offs, diapers, or plastic pants allowed in pool.
- No chewing gum or Band-Aids allowed in pool.
Violation of the above rules will result in removal from the pool area and pool privileges for the duration of the season.

Pase a la oficina para registrar a su familia para clases de natación y entrenamiento de seguridad en el agua en la piscina de Windridge. Espacio es muy limitado, reserve su lugar en Clase A o Clase B hoy.
Detalles del programa:
- Familias participantes recibirán 5 días de clases de natación para niños/niñas edades 3-12 de instructores profesionales.
- Padres recibirán clases de seguridad en el agua y entrenamiento de CPR de instructores certificados.
- Niños/niñas que atiendan las 5 clases recibirán un chaleco salvavidas.
- Padres deben estar presente durante toda la clase por las 5 clases
- Clases son gratis pero hay un cobro de registración de $5.

]]>Comenzaremos el Nuevo estacionamiento este Lunes Agosto 17, 2015. Hemos dividido el estacionamiento en secciones y necesitaremos que los vehiculos sean removidos de estas areas por 24 horas. Adjunto a este aviso esta el mapa que indica que dias trabajaremos en ciertas secciones, por favor ponga atencion a cuales secciones seran zonas de NO ESTACIONARSE por el dia.
Los vehiculos deben ser movidos de estas areas antes de las 8:00 am. Tendremos una grua aqui en la propiedad para mover a los vehiculos que no se movieron a tiempo, y habro un cobro de $50 .
El proceso del estacionamiento solo durara 24 horas. Para la noche siguiente ya podra estacionar su vehiculo en su espacio. Durante las reparaciones podra estacionar su vehiculo en cualquier espacio abierto ( NO CUBIERTO) , frente al espacio commercial de Davenport ( Oficina de Dr., food mart ), por la calle Preston Oaks o al lado derecho de Noel Rd, por favor asegurese que no bloquee el hidrante de incendios y que no este muy cerca a las salidas. Este estacionamiento es solo por 24 horas, si se estaciona mas de 24 horas su vehiculo puede ser recojido por la ciudad. NO puede estacionarse en frente de Monarch Dental, ellos tienen su propia compania de grua y recojeran a vehiculos en su estacionamiento.

Resident Services provides you 24/7 online account management access to check your balances, submit maintenance requests, pay bills online, write a review, check upcoming community events and much more! If your name and/or email addresses are incorrect, please contact your community leasing office to update your information.
- Visit the Westdale Residents Login Page
- Click the link: Click here to register.

Complete User Registeration:
- Main Profile Resident Name
- Resident ID/Registration Code
- Email Address
- Password
- Security Question
- Verify your email address by clicking the link in the User Confirmation notification email in your inbox.
STEP 2:
Register Account on Rent Payment
Westdale Management currently uses a third-party online rent payment system through RentPayment.com. Rent Payment can be easily accessible through Resident Services from the Pay Online tab once it has been set up.
- Click here to register your account on RentPayment.com
- Enter your Resident ID

Enter your Personal Information used for your Resident Services login:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Username
- Password
- Proceed to set up Auto Pay or Make a Payment
Other Ways to Pay Rent
If you choose not to make payments online, other ways to submit your rent payments are:
- At the Leasing Office: Payments are accepted during office hours to a leasing staff member only.

Note: If you are mailing in your payment, we recommend that you mail at least 2 weeks in advance or send it “confirmation delivery” in order to ensure that your payment is received on-time. Westdale Management is not be responsible for lost mail or mail that is not delivered in a timely manner. Checks are processed the same day they are delivered to the office by our mail carrier, not by post-marked dates.

Note: All payments must be made out to Windridge Apartments. The office does NOT hold checks for any reason. All checks received are processed and deposited the same business day.
